Marrying of two luxurious brands

Longines is a renowned luxury global brand, so it’s only fitting that it only partners with brands of its calibre. Recently, the watchmaker has entered into an agreement with the Jockey Club, the prominent and largest British horseracing organization, to sponsor America’s Best Racing. The agreement further cemented Longines’ close association with the exclusive sports of equestrian, a favorite watering hole for the super rich. “Longines has built one of the most prominent brands in the world and The Jockey Club is honored to enter a partnership with such a prestigious entity,” James L. Gagliano, president and chief operating officer of The Jockey Club, said. On Longines’ part, Head of International Marketing Juan-Carlos Capelli said the equestrian sport has always been a part of the brand’s heritage. “Horse racing perfectly illustrates elegance, which is one of our brand’s key values,” he said.
